This board is made from low bio-persistent insulation wool combined with organic and inorganic binders. Its suitable for use at ultra-high temperatures of up to +1150ºC. Available in sheets measuring 595 mm x 495 mm, the rigid board can be easily die-cut or shaped with a hacksaw blade. This lets you create precise insulation blocks matched exactly to your needs. Delivering excellent thermal-shock resistance, this material is ideal for use in applications experiencing significant temperature variations. The panels meet the requirements under Note Q of European Regulation 1272/2008, so they are exempt from labelling requirements in Europe. These thermal insulation sheets have low heat-storage capacity, very low thermal conductivity and can be used in applications where they are in direct contact with flame.
