TS1110 Electronic Circuit Breaker: Bidirectional Current-Sense Amplifier with Current Limit and FET Control Demo Boards. Demonstration boards for the Silicon Labs TS1110 range. These electronic circuit breakers use a bidirectional current-sensing amplifier to detect the current limit and disconnect the load by using an external P-Channel MOSFET. They have an internal current limit comparator with an adjustable threshold and signal when a fault has occurred. The circuit breaker system has a typical delay of 428 μseconds. Available in two gain options: 20 V/V - TS1110-20DB (RS ; 894-7121 894-7121 ) These demo boards are supplied fully assembled and tested. The TS1110 are available in 16-pin TQFN packages.
