The Tektronix TPP0201 is a Passive Voltage Probe. This 200MHz, 10x probe has a 10MΩ input resistance. The TPP0101 is ideal for use on BNC oscilloscopes with 1MΩ/20pF inputs.Applications: Relative Low-Frequency Measurements, Low-Frequency Computer and Telecom Measurements, Power Supplies, Low-Frequency Amplifiers.
