With its compact and stackable design, the Compact Grit Bin - 6 Cu Ft offers a cost-effective and space-saving grit storage solution. Designed to be as maintenance-free as possible, it is manufactured in the UK from impact and UV-resistant polyethylene.
The unique 8 sided design provides a high level of storage capacity with a minimal footprint which is ideal for areas where space is at a premium such as private driveways and outside GP surgeries and schools.
Standard colours are yellow, green, black and red, but other colours are available on request.

The base of the grit bin has a slotted groove to allow it to be manoeuvred using a standard forklift.
Another important feature of the Compact Grit Bin - 6 Cu Ft is the ability to stack inside one another for ease of storage when not in use or for stacking on pallets for more economical delivery costs.
Optional Extras
To keep your stock of grit salt safe and secure from theft, an optional factory fitted hasp and staple is available (padlock not included).
An optional telescopic shovel can be added, which includes a clip which will allow you to fasten the shovel to the inside lid of the grit bin for convenient storage (as shown in the image).
To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for winter, we can supply this grit bin with 175kg (7 x 25kg bags) of either brown or white salt.
Please Note: If you add rock salt to your order, this will arrive in a separate delivery to the grit bin and within 3-5 working days.
