The 75cm Standard One Piece Cone Complete with Sealbrite Sleeve (pack of 5) is a good choice, providing a sturdy and stable cone due to being made as a one piece cone with a sealed moulded base, and as it is sand weighted, it has much more weight to keep it from tipping over.
The Sealbrite reflective pocketed sleeve is made to BSEN standard, and meets the requirements of 873: Part 5: 1983 and the provisional European Standard prEN 13422: 2002 Class R1B.
