Our 36 Cu Ft Heavy Duty Glass Fibre Grit Bin is an extremely tough and durable GRP grit bin which features a smooth surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.
These heavy-duty grit bins are a favourite of councils and local authorities as they are extremely tough, hard wearing, vandal resistant and can be left in-situ all year round without detrimental effects to the colour or structure of the grit bin.

GRP grit salt bins are ideal for locating in residential areas, schools, colleges, car parks and by the roadside, and each grit bin comes with a 1-year parts and labour guarantee.
Available in a choice of colours, an option is available for a decal on the lid of the grit bin which reads 'SALT' or 'GRIT', creating more flexibility around the purpose of the grit box and the type of grit salt or de-icing salt it is storing. Additionally, an optional hasp and staple can be fitted to the bin to keep your salt grit secure.
Optional Extras
An optional factory-fitted hasp and staple is available to add extra security to your rock salt (padlock not included).
The optional Multiscoop is a versatile tool that can be used to quickly and efficiently spread grit or salt. It is manufactured from tough and durable plastic and features an all in one, leak free design with integrated handle for ease of use. The Multiscoop is ideal for storing inside this salt bin and can hold up to 25kg of grit.

To ensure you are prepared for winter, we can supply this grit bin with a 1 tonne bulk bag of either brown or white salt. Please note that if you add grit salt to your order, this will arrive in a separate delivery to the grit bin.
