Our 12 Litre Flat Water Tank is manufactured from tough and durable polyethylene and is suitable for the storage and transportation of liquids including drinking water.
The tank features a semi-translucent design which is ideal for seeing the water level inside the tank. Suitable for storing liquids up to 70°c, it is also available in black (at extra cost) to block sunlight and thus reduce the likelihood of algae growth.
This product comes with a choice of two 3/4" BSP female outlets or a single 3/4" BSP female outlet at the bottom of the tank or the top of the tank and 4" vented screw cap as standard. Alternatively, they can be supplied without an outlet. The tank will still arrive with threaded brass inserts, as these are added in during production, but a thick wall of plastic will be behind the threads.

Fusion Welded Sockets
If you require the tank outlet in a different position to the standard location, a fusion welded socket can be added, and this allows flexible positioning of inlets and outlets on the tank. Multiple extra sockets can be added - for information on how to order a tank with fusion welds, click here.

A choice of two optional tap kits are available to suit this tank.
Tap Kit 5 includes;
- 1/2" Lever Tap
- 1/2" Brass nipple
- 3/4" to 1/2" reducer
- 12mm brass straight hosetail
- 1 Roll of PTFE tape
- Hose clip
Tap Kit 7 includes;
- 1/2" Bib tap c/w 12mm hosetail
- 3/4" to 1/2" brass reducer
- Hose clip
- PTFE tape
