SMC VCH42-5DL-10G-Q HIGH PRESSURE VALVE

The demands of the process industry and PET machine builders for 2/2 and 3/2 way servo operated electric distributors with a high pressure characteristic are now being met with the launch of SMC's latest VCH series. When used with air or inert gas, these new electric distributors can operate up to a maximum pressure of 5.0 MPa thus greatly exceeding that of the existing high pressure series, VXH from SMC. With large flow passages and ports from G1/2 to G1 conforming to ISO1179-1, high flow rates are guaranteed. Due to a reduction in the overall volume of the pilot chamber, their response time can now be expressed in milliseconds. In addition, the VCH range offers a degree of protection equivalent to IP65 and a DIN type electrical connector as standard. Due to the construction of its unique "collision-free" frame, with telescopic supports and urethane diaphragm, new indications have confirmed that the life of the electric distributors will exceed 10 million cycles. Currently, the VCH series is available in four configurations different electric distributors; 2/2 way normally closed electric distributor - VCH41, 2/2 way electric distributor normally open - VCH 42, 3/2 way electric distributor - VCH410 and one non-return valve - VCHC40.
