The platform of the 1000 kg professional transport aid is made of an FSC® certified birch multiplex panel with a special anti-slip and water repellent MaxiGRIP coating. The housing, total stop and mounting plates are made of solid, zinc plated industrial steel. The wheel body is made of thick walled, die cast aluminium. Extremely stable and particularly durable ball bearings with excellent running properties even in continuous use have been integrated into the wheel. The running surface of the wheels is coated with non-marking and extremely hardwearing polyurethane (PU). The 1000 kg professional transport aid has exactly the same dimensions as a Euro pallet, these being 1200 x 800 mm. The extremely large transport aid designed for the heaviest of loads features a max. load of up to one tonne. This makes it ideal for easy and convenient transport of large and especially heavy items - or it can also be used as a precisely fitting mobile base for heavy goods on pallets. Equipped with four heavy duty castors, two of which are swivel castors and two fixed castors, it is easy to manoeuvre even with the heaviest of loads. Both MM 1349 swivel castors are equipped with total stops to ensure the dolly will not roll away.
