| XL80 Measurement System – Basic Linear Measurement Package comprising: A-9908-0405 - XL-80 Measurement Laser The XL-80 is the heart of the Renishaw laser measurement System Now with 0.05ppm wavelength accuracy, 4m/s velocity capability, 1nm resolution and up to 80m (3200 in) range. A-9908-0510 - XC-80 Compensator kit The XC-80 automatically compensates the laser readings for the effects of air temperature, pressure, humidity and machine temperature. It gives the laser measurement system the highest overall linear measurement accuracy available of +/-0.5ppm over the full environmental range of 0 to 40 ºC. A-8003-0447 - Optics Mounting Kit The optics mounting kit is compatible with all of the Renishaw measurement optics, and with standard magnetic bases (M8 thread). The kit is used to mount the measuring optics to the machine under test. A-8003-0440 - Linear Measurement Optics These optics allow linear positioning measurements to be made up to a range of 40m (130ft). Renishaw linear optics use lightweight aluminium alloy to reduce machine ‘droop’ and minimise thermal lag so optics can stabilise faster. A-8003-1304 - Swivel Mirror The swivel mirror can be used in combination with linear, angular or straightness optics to allow measurements to be made along machine diagonals, or on inclined axes (e.g. slant bed lathes). It can be attached to optics for fast easy set-up. A most flexible and useful accessory. A-8003-3072 - Laser Steering Optic – LS350 The LS350 laser beam steerer speeds up linear, angular and straightness measurements in both the horizontal and vertical axes, whether in-line or at 90°. Angular range: +/- 2º Nominal linear range suitability : 0 to 5m A-8003-1325 - Fixed turning mirror 90 degree This mirror allows a little more flexibility when carrying out additional measurements to axis in other planes often without the need to move the XL-80 laser from its original position. A-9908-0780 Magnetic base (2 off in kit) - Used in conjunction with the optics mounting kit to give a versatile means of locating the A-9908-0760 XL mag-base adapter - Allows the XL-80 laser to be mounted directly to a standard magnetic base. A-9908-0700 Tripod stage kit - The stage is normally mounted and stored with the XL-80 laser and allows quick set-up A-9908-0295 Universal Tripod Base - The new universal tripod has been extensively tested to provide a stable adjustable base M-9908-0313 XL base system case - This case takes the XL-80 laser, XC-80 compensator, linear and angular optics kits. M-9908-0527 Tripod case fabric - Strong and light weight, this tripod case is designed for portability and comes with ahandle, shoulder strap and can be attached to either base or full system cases. CARTO software for data capture and analysis is available as a download. CARTO is the latest software for XL80 data capture and analysis. The Capture software features automatic sign detection, intuitive interface to set up tests and efficient navigation. The Explore analysis software offers a powerful file search facility, resultsoverlay comparison, improved error.
