This board size is suitable for a team with up to 9 members. Visualisation of the entire workflow in the form of individual worksteps. Can be individually adapted to the specific requirements of the current project. The use of magnetic and, in part, reusable materials ideally promotes process agility. The depiction of user stories and tasks within the workflow, along with the persons responsible for them, ensures all participants remain informed about the progress of the current work process (iteration/sprint). The close proximity and direct communication between team members on the Scrum board promotes effective, cooperative activities and makes teamwork more fun.

The Scrum board set provides optimal support for self-organisation and the planning processes of agile project teams when using an iterative approach based on Scrum principles. The designer whiteboard included in the set, and which is magnetic and can be written on, provides the ideal basis for agile planning according to Scrum.
